We've added a simple way to allow you to say "thanks" to authors of posts that you find helpful.
At the foot of each post you'll see a heart icon. It starts out unfilled. Click it and it becomes filled showing you liked it. There's a count of likes next to the icon.
The author section on the right of the post shows how many likes the person has received.
Please think back and like posts you've found particularly helpful to get the system started. We have an option to list the most popular posts in forum and topic pages. We'll consider activating that feature if 'like' facility is used.
Details of likes you receive are shown in your notifications list (bell icon in the site toolbar).
Click 'x' at top right to dismiss this message.
